Regina shares her experience with her online allergy session.

Simone helped me address my allergy to animals with hypnosis.
I was already familiar with hypnosis, so I was mainly curious about how it would go because there are many different forms of hypnosis.

I find hypnosis very pleasant; it’s such a wonderfully deep relaxation, and it also feels a bit like an adventure; where am I going to end up and what will I encounter.

Simone has a very pleasant voice that gives a sense of trust; she speaks calmly and puts you at ease.

The funny thing is that when you are in hypnosis, you experience everything very consciously, but afterwards, when you want to talk about it, you don’t remember exactly what you saw and said.

I remember that we first went to a room, the room of all possibilities. That was a nice place with things I like and find beautiful. From there, I went to 2 other rooms; I still remember the doors well, what they looked like, but I don’t remember what was behind them and what I did there, but it was also nice to be there.

I felt very calm after the meditation, and that feeling has remained, and my reaction to cats is almost gone; I haven’t really spent time in a cat house or cuddled extensively lately. But the cats (and dogs) I encountered on the street didn’t cause any problems. Very nice!
